Ruth is Head of HR Business Partnering and is responsible for leading the team of HR business partners on the full remit of strategic and operational HR activities internationally, including DEI.
Before Bridgepoint, Ruth worked at Grosvenor, an international property development, investment and fund management company, where she took on progressive HR leadership roles over a 12-year period. She has recently relocated to London from Vancouver, where she led the HR function for the Americas’ business. Prior to this, Ruth had extensive experience across Europe, including with Goldman Sachs in their Frankfurt office, as well as in recruitment consultancy in Paris.
Ruth read French and German at Durham University, holds a master’s degree in HR and EU employment law from BPP University, and DEI certification from Cornell University. She is a Chartered Fellow of HR in the UK (CIPD) and Canada (CPHR). She is a Board advisor for Rowing BC, a Canadian sports body.
