The Halo content partner to leading businesses around the world


Bridgepoint’s original investment in the business was via Bridgepoint Development Capital (‘BDC’) in 2014. BDC sold their stake to Equistone in 2017 for an undisclosed sum.

Bridgepoint Europe re-acquired a majority stake in the company in 2022 and will continue to support the existing management deliver the next phase in ITG’s development. This will focus on the global expansion with their cloud-based marketing technology and marketing services.
